Mind Melting Tokyo Robot Show
Ok I’ll admit it, the main reason I wanted to check this place out was due to an episode of Anthony Bourdain’s No Reservations and his visit to this lovely establishment for their robot show. After seeing how “different” it was, I knew when I was in Tokyo I had to check it out. First things first, where/how to book tickets for the show and yes, I highly recommend that you book.
For us, after doing some searching online, I found the best deal on Japanican.com, a trustworthy site where you can buy tickets to various experiences/excursions around Japan. On the site I found a 25% discount and a ticket that included a meal, drink ticket (you will need this beer/drink) and also a bottle of water in addition to your entrance ticket.
Something to keep in mind is like a lot of tourist attractions, different places sell tickets at different prices. We got ours for 4500 yen but at the door, without drink/food they were selling it for 6000 yen, a pretty big difference!
Do yourself a favor and do a quick search before purchasing and save some $$
