Staying at Kauai’s Wyndham Bali Hai Villas
Wow, where are we?
Looks to be a village of resorts and condos…
Wyndham Bali Hai Villas tl;dr
- Can’t be mad at a place with a pool
- Plenty of parking
Northern Kauai is a beautiful place! Actually, the entire island and chain of islands are a beautiful place filled with beautiful locations populated with the most beautiful people, inside and out!
The one thing with visiting anywhere is staying in said place because they can cost a lot…
We lucked out because Nadia’s dad had a timeshare that he generously shared with us to use during our stay in the exotic part of the world. The location, convenience, and cost (free) definitely helped improve the experience of exploring the area.
What is It
Wyndham Bali Hai Villas is a timeshare residential type of housing. Judging from what we saw, I imagine that they share the area, if not the actual grounds with hotel and more permanent residential accommodations.
The decor and fittings are a little dated and amenities a touch lacking but hey, if you’re like us, you won’t be spending much time in the room other than to sleep anyways.!
There’s a pool which we enjoyed immensely on hot, lazy days. There’s just something about watching the sun go up and come back down from the comfort and sanctuary of the pool water.
Where is It
Wyndham Bali Hai Villas is located in northern Kauai in the Princeville area. It’s not too hard to find but it can be a little convoluted given the concentration of other accommodations littering the area.
I would suggest finding it during the day, versus looking for it in the middle of the night.
One nice thing about it being in a densely populated area, there’s plenty of places to eat and drink.
What to Do There
Wyndham Bali Hai Villas has a number of things to do:
- Game room
But let’s be honest, you’re in Hawaii to go explore all the natural wonders they have to offer. You won’t be finding any of that inside the room.
So check in, unpack, and get back out there to find all that you wanted and didn’t know you wanted to see!
